Newland Communities Earn Top Sales Spots
Newland communities Estrella, Nexton, Elyson, and Bexley, made RCLCO’s 50 Top-Selling Master-Planned Community Mid-Year 2020 list. Phoenix-area Estrella moved up the list from last year’s rank of 29 to 19th with 322 sales. Newcomers to the ranking are Nexton in Charleston, S.C. tied for 37thwith 227 home sales, and Houston-area Elyson ranked 42nd with 227 sales. Bexley, in the Tampa market, had 199 sales placing it in the 47th position.
The Top 50 Master-Planned Communities for mid-year 2020 represent a 16% growth despite the pandemic impacting the country. Texas and Florida, home to Elyson and Bexley, account for 61% of total sales among the Top 50 list.
