A Tampa-Area Community of Connections

Waterset is a place where connection comes naturally. Neighbors connect with neighbors. Open green spaces connect to resort-style amenities and distinctive architecture through a 12-mile trail system. A convenient location makes connecting to downtown Tampa a breeze. Two-legged and four-legged residents alike connect with nature on a daily basis. Here, "Welcome to Waterset" is more than just a catchy tagline – it's our way of life.

Newland Cultivates A New Shade Of Green In Houston with "Community of the Year"

Houston is the Energy Capital of the World, but that doesn't mean green can't co-exist with oil and gas in the nation's fourth-largest city. Case in point: Elyson, a Newland community on the edge of Houston's vast Energy Corridor, won the Green Home Builder's Community of the Year award for 2020.

Where It All Comes Together.

Just 25 miles from historic Charleston and five miles from downtown Summerville, Nexton has become an award-winning model for mixed-use communities.

The secret is out. Nowhere does culture, food, history, art, and an incredible landscape come together more elegantly and more impressively than Charleston, South Carolina. And people are noticing.

Briar Chapel

A Benchmark for Sustainable Living.
