RCLCO recently named Nexton and Elyson as Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities of Mid-2023, marking the fourth consecutive year that both communities ranked on the annual list.
Two of our communities, Nexton and Elyson, are among the top master-planned communities for 2022, making this the third consecutive year that these two communities have placed and the 18th consecutive year that Newland communities have earned honors on the list.
For 17 years, Newland communities have consistently landed on the industry’s list of top master-planned communities in the U.S. Four communities in total received the honor this year, with three making two lists.
Nexton is ranked #37 on the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in the nation. The Charleston-area community has become a national model for mixed-use development.
With 46 new homes sold in June 2020, Elyson’s homebuilders set a new monthly record. First-time buyers helped builders break the previous record, which was set just the month before.
Cinco Ranch and Telfair were also named "Best of the Decade" recognizing the number of times these two MPCs appeared on the Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities list since 2010.
National real estate consulting firm RCLCO, has released their annual 50 Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities list for 2016, and San Diego-based Newland Communities posted 5 of the top 50 best sellers.
Newland is the only developer with five in the top 15 best-selling communities in the US according to RCLCO. Newland's Cinco Ranch ranked #1 in the US.
