Newland Participates In Women's Leadership Conference
The San Diego Women's Week 2021 Leadership Conference promotes inspiration, connections, and empowerment, featuring top female leaders from around the region. Newland Vice President of Human Resources Erica Hatch took to the virtual stage to share the importance of being intentional. Hatch made a point of sharing with attendees to start with your "why," or purpose, cause, or belief. By establishing your "why," you'll be better able to measure your success personally and professionally. The annual virtual conference is organized by North San Diego Business Chamber and connects women in business to share creative solutions to everyday issues affecting women (and men) in the workplace and home.
