NORTH AMERICA SEKISUI HOUSE, LLC (NASH) and Newland Real Estate Group LLC (Newland), through their affiliates, have formed a new joint venture, NASH-NEWLAND LLC, and acquired the largest operating portfolio of residential master-planned communities in the United States.
