A recent Money.com article listed the 50 best places to live and gave us a peek into Americans' changing tastes and motivations. We noticed a few prevailing themes on the wishlist of today’s homebuyers. And it's no surprise that we have communities in or near some of the 50 best places to live!

From amenities and social events to low-maintenance housing and a safe environment, 55+ communities offer a lifestyle that's very appealing to those at or near retirement age.

There is something quite special about a person who selflessly decides to join the military and serve his or her country. And it is that extraordinary act that warrants a respectful salute by our Newland communities to honor military service.
