Charleston Market

Nexton is designed for life today. It’s a fresh, authentic response for what people need today to be healthy, creative, and successful. It’s not urban. It’s not suburban. It's a regional destination that is innovative and accessible.
It started with embracing the Lowcountry culture of friendly. At the heart of the community vision was human interaction and weaving a new pattern of living, in which everything is connected to everything else through a surprising mix of nature and technology.
Nexton is a game changer for the Charleston region with new thinking in community design. Nexton is for mover and shakers, out-of-the-box thinkers and doers, strategically located in the middle of it all.

Explore the 25-mile (and growing) network of trails that encourage walking and biking that connect neighborhoods to urban cores.

Education is a community cornerstone. Award-winning schools featuring personalized digital learning.

Nexton creates community and connects neighbors by hosting regional events such as outdoor concerts and the annual Cocoa Cup.

The square offers a mix of well-loved local restaurants and retailers – Taco Boy, Hall's Chophouse, Poogan’s Southern Kitchen, and the Bicycle Shoppe, to name a few – with a few familiar regional brands sprinkled in.

Central Boulevard District

Approximately 1 million square feet of commercial space is designed as a destination shopping and a town center experience—a mix of retail, office, multifamily, and four hotels in a walkable, outdoor-centric setting. This district is also home to the nation’s only Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van dealership and service center.

Parkway District

A mix of office and retail, ideal for corporate headquarters and large-format office tenants. This vibrant setting, directly off I-26 is home to Refuel, Hometelco and Spectrum apartments. A new creative office campus and additional mixed-use areas are currently on the boards.
