With a focus on a pedestrian-friendly layout, 4S Ranch was intentionally designed to be in proximity to family activities, shopping conveniences, and those looking for shorter commute times. Residents can take in the beautiful, undeveloped hillsides—something you don't see in Southern California very often.
Demand for 4S Ranch was so high that there is no longer opportunity for new home construction.
